The Theremin


The Theremin.
Until very recently I had never heard of this instrument before, yes, this is an actual instrument.
It is called the theremin, an instrument that is controlled without contact from the player.
Yes, this is true.
It is named after its Russian inventor, Professor Léon Theremin, who patented the device in 1928, making it one of the earliest electrical instruments. You control pitch and volume by positioning your hands close or away from the antennae.

    It is a nickname indeed!
    My surname is Radley, and the name "Rad" has kind of been the natural nickname for me
